I go to Blue Tortilla a few times a year as I work fairly close by. I always order a vegetarian burrito which is 100% custom, made-to-order. The ingredients are always very fresh. The one thing which displeases me are the very watered down salsas - sometimes they even taste fermented which makes me think they just top off the salsa day after day, never making a fresh batch. I don't know why else they would taste that way. The salsa is so important - why do they have to skimp like that???

This is our go to for Mexican cuisine. Everything tastes fresh and delicious! My favorite is the Buffalo chicken quesadilla. They have a salsa station with a variety of salsa to choose from. It's a small place but the atmosphere is very authentic-like. Never had a bad experience here.
Have been going here for years. Maybe a decade. Food is always fresh and they have a wide selection. Empanadas never delivered for me, even though they advertise many flavors. Stick with the main menu. Quesadillas tacos and burritos are great. Their tostada salad is good too. They've also always been pretty good about substitutions/allergies etc. More of a takeout place, but we have eaten in a few times also and everything was great. Recommend.
Delicious!!!! Such fresh and great tasting food! I had the chicken quesadilla which came with sour cream and guacamole. My friend had a chicken chimichanga that came with rice and beans. The salsa bar had tons of options - ranging from mild to spicy. All were delicious. Our new go to Mexican spot!! So glad we stopped in!

Stopped in for a post workout meal. First time coming to this restaurant, have always wanted to try it out. I got the chipotle steak rice bowl. It has rice, black beans, chipotle creamy sauce, steak, lettuce, cheese, and guacamole. I ordered sour cream on the side and they had a salsa bar with pico de gallo and other salsas you can choose from. When dining in, we received complimentary chips which were freshly made and warm. They have a large menu with a variety of dishes to choose form. Need to come back to try more!
